Severability.

56:10-6.4 Severability. 4. If any provision of P.L.2009, c.63 (C.56:10-6.1 et seq.) or the application of any such provision to any person or circumstance should be held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of P.L.2009, c.63 (C.56:10-6.1 et seq.) and the application of its provisions to persons or circumstances other than those with respect to whom or which it is held invalid shall not be affected thereby. L.2009, c.63, s.4.
