55:14G-30. Offenses Any person who attempts to or obtains financial aid for a project hereunder or occupancy of a dwelling unit therein by false or misleading information, or who shall willfully violate this act, or who shall fraudulently obtain or attempt to obtain moneys from the Authority, or its approval for the payment of moneys, or shall fraudulently prevent or attempt to prevent the collection of any moneys due it shall, for each offense be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or be imprisoned for not more than three years, or both.
