55:14G-29.1. Disposition of proceeds of sale of emergency housing or emergency housing projects Notwithstanding the provisions of any other law to the contrary: all net State revenues, proceeds of sale or other receipts hereafter to be derived, obtained or received from the operations or sale of any emergency housing or emergency housing project heretofore erected or hereafter to be created under chapter three hundred twenty-three of the laws of one thousand nine hundred and forty-six, as amended and supplemented, shall be paid into the State treasury and become part of the General State Fund, available for general State purposes.
