55:13C-2.3 Rules, regulations. 3. The Commissioner of Community Affairs, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B- 1 et seq.), may adopt rules and regulations necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.2013, c.204, s.3.
