Severability clause

54:8A-117. Severability clause If any provision of this act, or any application of any provision, is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other applications of the provision, or other provisions of the act, which reasonably can be given effect despite the invalidity. L.1971, c. 222, s. 60, approved June 17, 1971; expired December 31, 1980 pursuant to L.1971,c.222,s.62.
