54:7-8. Map and deposit for expenses may be required The governing body or authorized officer may require that the written application shall be accompanied by a map showing the entire parcel and the subdivisions desired and the deposit of a sum sufficient to cover the expenses of the notice and advertisement provided for in this article, and to pay the estimated amount apportionable to the subdivision in which the applicant is interested.
