Class 3B (Farm Qualified) and Classes 15A, B, C, D, E and F (Exempt Property as defined in R.S.54:4-52) in appeal where a statutory qualification is the subject of the appeal are exempt from those provisions contained in subsection b. of R.S.54:51A-1.
