Lapse of time not to bar proceedings to enforce lien

54:5-53. Lapse of time not to bar proceedings to enforce lien The lapse of time shall not bar a proceeding to enforce a municipal lien, but where an interested person claims the lien has been paid and satisfied, the lapse of twenty years shall afford a presumption of payment, which may be rebutted by proof to the contrary.
