54:5-42. Lien passes to purchaser; continued if sale set aside When a sale is made in the enforcement of a municipal lien, the lien shall pass, with the title, to the purchaser, and if the sale shall be set aside for defect in the proceedings to sell, the lien shall be thereby continued.
