Foreclosure by county of right to redeem

54:5-129. Foreclosure by county of right to redeem Any county acquiring lands pursuant to the provisions of this act shall possess all rights and remedies now held or hereafter granted to a municipality by any statute, to foreclose the right to redeem such lands and to acquire a marketable title therein.
