54:48-4.3 Establishment of card payment, electronic funds transfer system. 2. Subject to the provisions of section 3 of P.L.1996, c.2 (C.54:48-4.4), the director may establish a card payment system or electronic funds transfer system for payments of State taxes. L.1996,c.2.s.2.
