54:42-4. Subpoenas for witnesses; fees The director shall have power by subpoena, to compel the attendance of witnesses and the production of any books, records, papers, vouchers, accounts and documents of any person engaged in the manufacture, distribution, transportation, storage, warehousing, importation, solicitation or sale of alcoholic beverages, or in purchasing, transferring, selling or agreeing to sell warehouse receipts, receipts, certificates, contracts or other documents given upon the storage of alcoholic beverages, or of any other person, at any such hearing. The fees of the witnesses required to attend any such hearing shall be the same as those allowed to witnesses appearing in the Superior Court. Such fees shall be paid in the manner provided for the payment of other expenses incident to the administration of this subtitle.
