Constitutionality

54:40A-41. Constitutionality The provisions of this act shall be severable and if for any reason any section or any provision hereof shall be determined to be unconstitutional or invalid, the same shall not be held to affect any other section or provision thereof. L.1948, c. 65, p. 172, s. 705.
