Rules and regulations; access to facts and information

54:4-2.2k. Rules and regulations; access to facts and information The director is authorized to make such rules and regulations and to require such facts and information from local assessors, county boards of taxation and agencies of the State Government as he may deem necessary to carry out the provisions of this act.
