54:32B-42 Rules, regulations. 7. The commission may adopt, in accordance with the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), such rules and regulations as it shall deem necessary to carry out its functions. L.1999,c.416,s.7.
