Taxes and penalties not to remain lien after January 1, 1953

54:32A-54. Taxes and penalties not to remain lien after January 1, 1953 Notwithstanding the provisions of any other law, no taxes imposed, and no penalties and interest thereon incurred, pursuant to the provisions of chapter thirty-two-A of Title 54 of the Revised Statutes and no debt to the State of New Jersey thereby constituted, which is a lien upon any property, shall remain a lien on such property after January first, one thousand nine hundred and fifty-three.
