54:30A-102 Establishment of remitter's transitional energy facility assessment. 38. Each remitter's transitional energy facility assessment shall be established pursuant to section 67 of P.L.1997, c.162 (C.48:2-21.34). Under no circumstances shall an assessment be made under this act for any year commencing after December 31, 2013. L.1997, c.162, s.38; amended 2001, c.433, s.1; 2004, c.43, s.1; 2008, c.32, s.2.
