54:29A-50. Payments pending litigation; distribution Notwithstanding any law prohibiting the distribution of money received by the treasurer in payment of railroad taxes during the pendency of a proceeding in lieu of prerogative writ involving the legality of such taxes, any money received by the treasurer under the provisions of section forty-nine of this act may be forthwith apportioned and disbursed by the treasurer to the agencies which would be entitled thereto if no such proceeding were pending.
