54:18A-8. Reports Every insurance company subject to the provisions of this act shall, on or before the first day of March of each year, make to the Commissioner of Insurance an annual report, signed and sworn to by an officer of the company, or by its United States manager, if a company of a foreign country, in such form and containing such matters as may be necessary for the carrying out of the provisions of this act.
