54:10A-5.32 Temporary regulations for effluent treatment tax credit. 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) to the contrary, the Commissioner of the Department of Environmental Protection may, immediately upon filing with the Office of Administrative Law, adopt such temporary regulations as the commissioner deems necessary to implement the provisions of section 1 of P.L.2001, c.321 (C.54:10A-5.31), which regulations shall be effective for a period not to exceed 270 days from the date of the filing, but in no case after one year from the effective date of that P.L.2001, c.321. The regulations may thereafter be amended, adopted or readopted by the commissioner as the commissioner deems necessary in accordance with the requirements of P.L.1968, c.410. L.2001,c.321,s.2.
