Banking corporation defined

54:10A-36. Banking corporation defined As used in this act, "banking corporation" means a bank as defined in section 1 of The Banking Act of 1948, c. 67, and also means a national bank. L.1975, c. 170, s. 8, eff. Aug. 4, 1975.
