Commissioner to replace former board; exception

54:1-6. Commissioner to replace former board; exception The commissioner shall perform all acts formerly required by law to be performed by the state board of taxes and assessment, except the hearing and determination of tax appeals, and shall carry into effect and execute the provisions of this chapter.
