Pension benefits under former section 53:5-5 discontinued by remarriage of mother; right to receive benefits

53:5A-14.1. Pension benefits under former section 53:5-5 discontinued by remarriage of mother; right to receive benefits The surviving child or children of any former member of the New Jersey State Police who were receiving pension benefits under former section 53:5-5 of the Revised Statutes, repealed by the act to which this act is a supplement, and whose pension benefits have been discontinued by reason of the remarriage of their mother occurring after January 1, 1966, shall be entitled to receive benefits calculated in accordance with section 14 b. of the act to which this act is a supplement.
