Contracts for radio or television programs; approval

53:2-4. Contracts for radio or television programs; approval The Division of Purchase and Property, when requested by the Superintendent of State Police with the approval of the Attorney-General, shall have the power to enter into contracts with any radio or television broadcasting producer or any motion picture producer for the production of a program or a series of programs relating to and based upon the activities and aims of the Division of State Police in the Department of Law and Public Safety. Such contracts shall be made in the name of the State of New Jersey upon such terms and conditions as shall be approved by the Attorney-General and the Superintendent of State Police.
