Executive officer

53:1-3.1. Executive officer The superintendent may appoint an executive officer, with the rank of major. He shall receive such salary as shall be approved by the Attorney General and the president of the Civil Service Commission, subject to the availability of funds. L.1947, c. 65, p. 219, s. 3.
