Repeal

53:1-28. Repeal "A supplement to an act entitled "An act creating a Department of State Police, providing for the appointment of a superintendent thereof, together with the officers and men who shall constitute the force, defining their powers and duties, and making an appropriation for the expenses connected therewith,' passed March twenty-ninth, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one," approved June fourteenth, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-two; "An act providing for the appointment of thirteen additional troopers to the Department of State Police, and making an appropriation therefor," approved September twenty-first, one thousand nine hundred and forty; and "An act concerning the Department of State Police and making an appropriation therefor," approved December twenty-third, one thousand nine hundred and forty-one, are repealed.
