53:1-20.15. Rules, regulations 6. Pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), the Superintendent of State Police may adopt rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purposes of this act. L.1992,c.22,s.6.
