53:1-20.12. Maintenance, transmission of information 3. Such information shall be maintained in a format that is compatible with the national VICAP data base maintained by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and regularly transmitted to the bureau for inclusion in this data base. L.1992,c.22,s.3.
