N.J.S.A. 53:1-18.5

"Dangerous drugs" defined

53:1-18.5. "Dangerous drugs" defined As used in this act of which this act is amendatory and supplementary "dangerous drugs, substances or compounds" means and includes any of the following in any form: any depressant, stimulant or hallucinogenic drug, substance or compound as defined pursuant to section 1 of chapter 314 of the laws of 1966 (C. 24:6C-1) or the New Jersey Controlled Dangerous Substances Act or any prescription legend drug which is not a narcotic drug within the meaning of chapter 18 of Title 24 of the Revised Statutes or the New Jersey Controlled Dangerous Substances Act, unless obtained from, or on a valid prescription of, and used as prescribed by, a duly licensed physician, veterinarian or dentist.
