53:1-18.2. Reports on narcotic or dangerous drug cases; duty of clerks of court The clerk of every court of this State in which any person is prosecuted for an offense under the laws of this State relating to narcotic or dangerous drugs, whether the same be indictable or otherwise, shall promptly report to the State Bureau of Identification the sentence of the court or other disposition of the case.
