Members; terms, filling of vacancies, reimbursement

52:9Z-3. Members; terms, filling of vacancies, reimbursement Legislative members shall serve during the two-year legislative term in which the appointment is made. Public members shall serve for a term of two years and until their respective successors are appointed and qualified. Vacancies in the membership shall be filled for the balance of the unexpired terms in the same manner as the original appointments were made. Members of the commission shall serve without compensation but shall be reimbursed for expenses actually incurred in the performance of their duties. L.1989,c.188,s.3.
