52:9U-6.4 Applicants for grants. 2. The New Jersey State Commission on Cancer Research , in consultation with the advisory group established pursuant to section 3 of P.L.2021, c.210 (C.52:9U-6.5), shall solicit, receive, evaluate and approve applications of qualifying research institutions for grants from the "New Jersey Pediatric Cancer Research Fund," established pursuant to section 1 of P.L.2021, c.210 (C.54A:9-25.47), to fund pediatric cancer research projects . L.2021, c.210, s.2.
