52:9S-7. Executive director; employment; compensation; division of bureau of capital planning; other employees The commission may employ and fix the compensation of an executive director who shall be its secretary and principal executive officer. The commission shall be staffed by the Division of Budget and Accounting of the Department of the Treasury. There is hereby created within said division a bureau of capital planning for this purpose. The commission may also employ such other stenographic, clerical and expert assistance, and incur such traveling and other miscellaneous expenses as it may deem necessary in order to perform its duties and as may be within the limits of funds appropriated or otherwise made available to it.
