Chairman; by-laws; assistance to commission

52:9J-4. Chairman; by-laws; assistance to commission The members of the commission shall choose one of their number to be chairman and may adopt by-laws for the regulation of its meetings and to carry out its purposes. The several State departments and agencies shall render assistance to the commission in making its studies when called upon to do so by the commission. L.1949, c. 14, p. 54, s. 4.
