Creation of commission

52:9J-1. Creation of commission There is hereby created a permanent commission to investigate and study the subject of the protection and preservation of beaches and shore front of the State from erosion and other damage from the elements, to effectuate such protection and preservation of the said beaches and shore front, and other purposes incidental thereto.
