Exceeding maximum appropriations; permitted

52:9H-28. Exceeding maximum appropriations; permitted Any provisions of this act to the contrary notwithstanding, the State may exceed the maximum appropriations permitted pursuant to the formula prescribed in section 3 of this act in any fiscal year if a bill making an appropriation is agreed to by a two-thirds majority vote of all members of each legislative body.
