Direct application for funds permitted

52:9E-7. Direct application for funds permitted 7. Nothing in this act shall preclude a qualifying research institution or any other research facility in the State from directly applying for or receiving funds from any public or private agency to conduct spinal cord research. L.1999,c.201,s.7.
