52:7-10.9 Personal appearance; use of communication technology. 18. Personal Appearance; Use of Communication Technology. If a notarial act relates to a statement made in, or a signature executed on, a record, the individual making the statement or executing the signature shall appear personally before the notarial officer or shall use communication technology to appear before the notarial officer pursuant to section 19 of P.L.2021, c.179 (C.59:7-10.10).
