52:4B-60.7 Victims of Crime Compensation Office, functions, powers, duties transferred employees, certain, unclassified, Civil Service. 4. a. All the functions, powers, and duties of the Victims of Crime Compensation Office in the Department of Law and Public Safety, originally established as the Victims of Crime Compensation Agency pursuant to P.L.1971, c.317 (C.52:4B-1 et seq.) and continued as the Victims of Crime Compensation Office pursuant to P.L.2007, c.95 (C.52:4B-3.2 et al.) and the Reorganization Plan No. 001-2008, are transferred to the Division of Violence Intervention and Victim Assistance established hereunder. b. Except for secretarial and clerical personnel, all employees of the Victims of Crime Compensation Office, including the Victims of Crime Compensation Office investigators, shall be in the unclassified service of the Civil Service.
