County victim-witness coordinators

52:4B-45. County victim-witness coordinators a. The Chief of the Office of the Victim-Witness Advocacy shall appoint a county victim-witness coordinator in each county. b. A county victim-witness coordinator shall be responsible for the implementation of the victim-witness rights program in that county. c. Each county prosecutor shall provide office space, when available, for the victim-witness coordinator of that county. d. Each municipality may provide office space for these purposes at minimal or no cost. L. 1985, c. 404, s. 7.
