52:4B-40.1 Director of the Office of Victim-Witness Assistance. 31. The Office of Victim-Witness Assistance shall operate under the direction of the Director of the Office of Victim-Witness Assistance, who shall be appointed by the executive director of the agency. The Director of the Office of Victim-Witness Assistance shall have a minimum of five years of experience in crime victim direct services and advocacy. The appointment made pursuant to this section shall be within the limits of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available to the agency for this purpose. L.2007,c.95,s.31.
