"Tort Claims Act" rights

52:4B-38. "Tort Claims Act" rights Nothing contained in this act shall mitigate any right which the victim may have pursuant to the New Jersey Tort Claims Act (N.J.S. 59:1-1 et seq.). L. 1985, c. 249, s. 5, eff. July 31, 1985.
