52:4B-3.4 Victims of Crime Compensation Review Board, members, terms, no compensation. 4. The term of office of each member of the Victims of Crime Compensation Review Board shall be three years and until the member's successor is appointed and qualifies, except that of the members first appointed one shall be appointed for a term of one year, two for terms of two years and two for terms of three years. All vacancies, except through the expiration of term, shall be filled for the unexpired term only. Each member of the board shall be eligible for reappointment and any member of the board may be removed by the Governor for inefficiency, neglect of duty or malfeasance in office. The members of the board shall serve without compensation. L.2007,c.95,s.4.
