52:4B-3.3 Violent Crimes Compensation Board abolished. 3. The Violent Crimes Compensation Board established pursuant to section 3 of P.L.1971, c.317 (C.52:4B-3) is abolished and the terms of the persons serving as members of that board on the effective date of P.L.2007, c.95 (C.52:4B-3.2 et al.) shall cease and determine as of that effective date.
