52:40-12 Incorporation of certain language into contracts. 12. To the maximum extent practicable, and when not restricted by any other State or federal law, each reporting agency shall incorporate the substance of required contractual language regarding small businesses into its contracts, while continuing to follow the State and federal laws and regulations governing its contracting and procurement practices.
