52:4-1.3 Request for report. 3. The secretary shall request of each agency that operates a federal facility in this State that incarcerates persons convicted of a criminal offense to provide the secretary with a report that includes the information specified in section 2 of P.L.2019, c.385 (C.52:4-1.2).
