52:39-7 Availability of documents, records. 7. All documents or records submitted to or maintained by the State Treasurer or any granting body pursuant to this act, including, but not limited to, applications, progress reports, recapture notices and any other related records or proceedings, shall be available in a manner consistent with the provisions of P.L.2001, c.404 (C.47:1A-5 et al.) for review by any member of the public, and copies of the records shall be provided upon request.
