Printing to be done within state; exceptions

52:36-3. Printing to be done within state; exceptions All work performed in fulfillment of any contract made under the provisions of this chapter shall be done within the limits of this State except for topographic, other types of maps printed from engraved lithographic stones, zinc plates and copper plates and such printing known as "continuous forms" and "carbon inserted snap-out" forms.
