52:35-5. Board of review; personnel; secretary The board of review upon classification and reclassification of bidders, established by the act entitled "An act to regulate bidding upon public work, providing for prequalification and classification of bidders, fixing penalties relating thereto, and repealing acts and parts of acts inconsistent herewith," approved April twentieth, one thousand nine hundred and thirty-one (L.1931, c. 165, p. 308), is continued. The board shall consist of the state official concerned or one member of any board, commission, committee, department or other branch of the state government concerned, to be designated by it; the attorney general or one of his assistants or deputies designated by him; and the secretary of state or one of his assistants or deputies designated by him. The secretary of state shall be the secretary of the board and shall keep a complete record of proceedings and decisions before the board. The members of the board shall serve without additional compensation.
