52:34-23. Preference in purchase by state of items which are made from recycled materials In purchasing items which are made both with and without the use of any recycled materials, the Division of Purchase and Property, whenever the price is reasonably competitive and the quality adequate for the purpose intended, shall give preference to those items which are made in whole or in part from recycled materials.
